These Terms describe the rules for using RaanHub, including responsibilities for connecting Meta accounts and Pages and enabling automation.

Use of the service
RaanHub provides tools for Meta Ads monitoring, reporting, Messenger operations, and opt-in automation, including public Page-comment replies. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect each advertising account and Page and to approve any automation used through the service.
User responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account and connection information.
- Review automation rules before enabling them on advertising accounts.
- Comply with Meta Platform policies, advertising policies, applicable laws, and third-party service terms.
- Protect login credentials and restrict access to authorized team members only.
- Monitor advertising spend and results after automation rules are enabled.
- Review product information and generated public replies, and avoid enabling comment automation for Pages where one configured product context is not appropriate.
Meta account access
The service can read or manage Meta advertising, Page, Messenger, and comment data only after the user authorizes the relevant access. Users may disable a Page or automation switch and may disconnect Meta access at any time. Disconnecting access may stop syncing, messages, alerts, and automation actions.
Automation actions
Automation rules may pause ads, adjust budgets, perform other configured ad actions, or publish a generated reply beneath a new public Page comment when separately enabled. Dry-run mode evaluates ad rules without making changes. Live modes perform authorized actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing behavior, public replies, and business impact.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Meta API outages, permission changes, rate limits, token issues, hosting incidents, or network problems may affect syncing and automation.
Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaanHub is provided without warranties of guaranteed advertising performance, revenue, spend efficiency, or error-free operation. Users should review results and maintain appropriate account safeguards.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the service after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
