Use of the service

RaanHub provides tools for Meta Ads monitoring, reporting, and automation. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect each advertising account and to approve any automation rules or actions used through the service.

User responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account and connection information.
• Review automation rules before enabling them on advertising accounts.
• Comply with Meta Platform policies, advertising policies, applicable laws, and third-party service terms.
• Protect login credentials and restrict access to authorized team members only.
• Monitor advertising spend and results after automation rules are enabled.

Meta account access

The service can read and manage Meta advertising data only after the user authorizes access. Users may disconnect Meta access at any time. Disconnecting access may stop syncing, alerts, and automation actions.

Automation actions

Automation rules may pause ads, adjust budgets, or perform other configured actions that are enabled and permitted by the user. Dry-run mode evaluates rules without making changes. Real-run mode performs authorized actions. Users remain responsible for reviewing rule behavior and business impact.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Meta API outages, permission changes, rate limits, token issues, hosting incidents, or network problems may affect syncing and automation.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaanHub is provided without warranties of guaranteed advertising performance, revenue, spend efficiency, or error-free operation. Users should review results and maintain appropriate account safeguards.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the service after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
