Service overview

RaanHub helps users connect Meta advertising accounts and Facebook Pages, sync campaign data, review ad performance, apply automation rules, manage Messenger conversations, and optionally generate public replies to new Page comments.

Information we collect

• Account information provided through login, such as name, email address, connected Meta user identifier, and permission status.
• Meta advertising account data that the user authorizes, including ad account IDs, campaigns, ad sets, ads, account status, and performance metrics needed to display reports and run rules.
• Facebook Page and communication data that the user authorizes, including Page identifiers, Page posts, Messenger conversations, and new public comments needed for the Page features the user enables.
• Automation settings created by the user, including rule conditions, schedules, dry-run or real-run mode, actions, check logs, and action logs.
• Technical information required to operate the service, including timestamps, request status, error logs, and connection health.

How we use information

• To connect authorized Meta advertising accounts to RaanHub.
• To sync advertising objects and performance data selected by the user.
• To evaluate automation rules and apply actions only when the user has enabled those rules.
• To receive and answer Messenger messages, and to generate a public Page-comment reply only when the account owner has enabled the relevant Page, product profile, and live comment automation switch.
• To show dashboards, campaign status, rule results, check logs, action logs, and account connection health inside the application.
• To maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent unauthorized access.

Meta Platform data

RaanHub uses Meta Platform data only for visible product features and only for accounts and Pages the user connects and enables. We do not sell Meta Platform data or use it for unrelated advertising, profiling, or data brokerage. Dry-run rules only evaluate conditions and write check logs. Real-run rules may perform authorized ad actions and write action logs. Public comment automation ignores Page-authored replies and nested comment threads, and it does not ask customers to publish personal or order information in a public comment.

Data storage and security

Authorized tokens and application data are stored using server-side systems and are not exposed in the browser. We use role-based access controls, tenant scoping, audit logs, restricted access, and server-side processing for sensitive Meta API operations.

Data sharing

• We do not sell user data.
• Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host, secure, monitor, or operate the service.
• When the account owner enables AI features, the minimum message or public-comment text and configured product context needed to generate a reply may be processed by the selected AI provider. Facebook display names are not sent for public comment generation.
• We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain data while an account remains connected and while it is needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve issues, or maintain security logs. Completed, cancelled, or failed public-comment automation jobs are retained for up to 90 days. Users can disable Page or AI automation, disconnect Meta access inside the app, and request deletion through our data deletion page.
