Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

• Send an email to contact@raanhub.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
• Include the email address used for your RaanHub account and, if available, the connected Meta ad account ID or business name so we can identify the correct records.
• State whether you want only Meta connection data removed or whether you want your full RaanHub account data deleted.

What we delete

• Stored Meta connection tokens and permission records.
• Connected Meta ad account references selected for RaanHub use.
• Synced campaign, ad set, ad, and performance data stored by RaanHub.
• Stored Messenger conversation records and public-comment automation jobs associated with enabled Facebook Pages.
• Automation rules, alert settings, check logs, and action logs associated with the account where deletion is requested.
• Eligible locally stored Purchase event records, hashed contact identifiers, AI order drafts, and order-forwarding records within the verified request scope. Records that must be retained are handled as explained below.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, billing, dispute resolution, security, abuse prevention, or backup integrity purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used for active automation.

Scope and verification

Deletion requests are handled by our support team after verifying authority and the affected shop, Page or customer. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Removing data in RaanHub does not automatically remove messages held by Facebook, copies in Telegram, or conversion data already received by Meta; requests concerning those copies may also need to be made through the relevant provider. Disconnecting access or automatic local contact cleanup is not a confirmation that all related order, backup and provider records have been deleted.

Processing time

We will confirm receipt of a deletion request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify account ownership.

Disconnecting Meta access

Users can disable Page or AI automation and can disconnect Facebook or Meta access inside RaanHub or from Meta Business settings. Disconnecting stops new syncing, Messenger processing, and automation actions, but a deletion request is still required if the user wants previously stored data removed from RaanHub systems.
